1. Booking & Confirmation Policy
- Bookings are confirmed immediately upon written confirmation (Email or WhatsApp) from our operations team.
- A 25% deposit is required to secure hotel allocations, transport, and monument permits. The remaining 75% balance is due 7 days prior to tour commencement or on arrival in India.
- All prices are per person on twin/double sharing basis unless explicitly agreed as single occupancy or family suite.
- Hotel tiers (3-Star Deluxe, 4-Star Heritage, or 5-Star Luxury) can be adjusted up to 72 hours before travel subject to availability.
2. Cancellation & 100% Refund Policy
- More than 48 Hours Before Tour Start: 100% Full Refund. Zero cancellation penalty.
- Between 24 and 48 Hours: 50% Refund, or you may reschedule your entire tour once at no extra fee.
- Less than 24 Hours: Non-refundable due to pre-committed vehicle and guide reservations, but we will happily offer a rescheduling credit valid for 12 months.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or UPI).
3. Privacy & Data Security Policy
We deeply respect your privacy. We only collect the minimal personal data required to plan and safely execute your trip (names, contact numbers, flight numbers, and passport details required for hotel registration and monument permits under Indian law).
- Your personal data is never sold, traded, or shared with third-party advertisers.
- Payments are processed exclusively through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
4. Terms of Service & Safety Standards
- Itineraries may occasionally be re-sequenced due to weather, monument closures (e.g. Taj Mahal on Fridays), or national holidays, ensuring you see all scheduled sights without loss of inclusions.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international visitors.
- Our chauffeurs are instructed to observe Indian speed regulations, avoid night highway driving where possible, and prioritize traveler safety above all else.
